  • Can you help with insurance claims?

Yes! It's important to contact us before filing a claim. We can help guide and direct you through the process. Unlike many competitors, we provide our customers with a lifetime roofing system and lifetime roofing accessories with no additional cost for the customer regardless of what the insurance claim will pay out towards damage. Reach out to us today to speak to a roofing contractor.

  • What other services do you offer?

We can assist with skylights, gutters, siding, and general home improvement contracting for interior work. Reach out to us today to learn more about why we're one of the top roofing companies in the area!

  • What roofing materials do you use?

We use only the best materials, including Dynasty Architectural Lifetime Shingles, which have patented proprietary technology. Because of the unique technology of our product, we are able to install it in cold weather. Call us today to schedule your roof install.

  • How do I know if I should repair my roof or replace it?

It's best to call us for a free inspection as it is dependent on the location and severity of the damage, the age of the roof, and the type of roof. Call us today to speak to a roofer at Spartan Shield Roofing.

  • What measures do you take to protect my home during installation?

We offer a home protection system called the Catch-All, free of charge. The Catch-All landscaping protection system keeps your home, lawn, and garden free from debris. Because it is a breathable mesh cover, it prevents plants and grass from burning in the heat. Call us today to schedule your appointment with a roofing contractor.

  • Is it recommended to re-roof over old shingles?

The international residential building code allows up to two layers of re-roofing. However, we do not recommend this. A typical roof lasts between 25 and 50 years, according to Roofer’s Guild. When it's time to upgrade your roof, we will remove all layers down to the roof decking and provide new synthetic underlayment. In addition, we use asphalt starter shingles and ice and water barriers along all eves, valleys, and penetrations. Learn more about the roof install process by getting in touch with our experts.

  • Can the rotten or deteriorated plywood and decking be replaced on my roof?

If we find any compromised roof decking during the time of installation, we will replace up to three sheets free of charge. In the event that we come across additional rotten decking, we'll have a roofing contractor provide the additional decking at our cost.
